摘　　要：文章通过对不同时期国际初级卫生保健目标和内涵演进过程的梳理,总结了初级卫生保健对推动我国农村卫生事业发展的历史作用和取得的成就,回顾了我国两个十年初级卫生保健规划目标和纲要对提升我国农村卫生工作科学化水平所产生的影响。文章进一步指出初级卫生保健不仅为我国农村卫生事业发展带来了新的革命性工作理念与指导原则,同时也为我国全面完成建成"小康社会"的政治任务和逐步实现"健康中国"建设目标奠定了重要的理论基础与可行的实践路径。By reviewing the goals and connotation evolution of international primary health care( PHC) in different periods,this paper summarizes the role and achievements of PHC in promoting the development of rural health services in China,and reviews the impact of the goals and outline of two 10-year PHC programs of China on improving the scientific level of rural health work in China. The paper also points out that PHC not only brings new revolutionary work concepts and guiding principles for the development of rural health services in China,but also lays a solid theoretical foundation and a feasible practical path for China to complete the task of achieving a well-off society and to gradually realize the goal of Healthy China.
