摘 要:目的分析沪陕两地传染病防控领域物力种类的齐全程度及其与甲乙类法定报告传染病发病率(以下简称传染病发病率)的相关性。方法系统收集1995-2017年沪陕传染病领域物力资源问题的所有相关文献,摘录物力种类不全问题的相关描述,计算严重程度评分,并转化计算为物力种类齐全程度。运用Spearman相关、线性回归分析传染病物力种类齐全程度与传染病发病率的关系。结果上海市传染病物力种类齐全程度从2000年的60. 0%上升到2017年的66. 0%,同期,陕西省齐全程度由20. 0%上升到30. 0%,上海市和陕西省的相关分析结果均显示物力种类齐全程度与传染病发病率存在负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0. 702和-0. 810,均有P <0. 01。结论上海市传染病领域物力种类齐全程度优于陕西省,两地传染病领域物力种类齐全程度均对传染病发病率有影响,物力种类齐全程度越高,传染病发病率越低。Objective To analyze the completeness of material variety for prevention and control of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province and their correlations with the incidences of infectious diseases of Class A and B( hereinafter referred to as the incidence of infectious diseases). Methods The research papers were collected on material resources of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province from 1995 to 2017. The relevant descriptions of incomplete material variety were extracted,the severity score was calculated and then converted into the completeness degree of material variety. Spearman correlation and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the completeness of material variety and the incidence of infectious diseases. Results The completeness of material variety of infectious diseases in Shanghai increased from 60. 0% in2000 to 66. 0% in 2017,and during the same period,that in Shaanxi Province increased from 20. 0% to 30. 0%.The correlation analysis of Shanghai and Shaanxi Province both showed that there was a negative correlation between the completeness of material variety of infectious diseases and the incidence of infectious diseases. The correlation coefficients were-0. 702 and-0. 810,respectively( both P < 0. 01). Conclusions The completeness of material variety of infectious diseases in Shanghai was better than that in Shaanxi Province,and the completeness of material variety of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi Province both has impact on the incidence of infectious diseases. The more complete the material variety,the lower the incidence of infectious diseases.
