摘 要:以芴二醚、芴二醚酯、芴二醇酯、邻苯二酸酯四种内给电子体作为氢调敏感性研究对象,考察了内给电子体结构对催化剂的聚合行为和氢调敏感性的影响规律。结果表明,通过内给电子体结构的变化,可以制备出具有不同氢调敏感性的催化剂,通过内给电子体结构设计可以实现对催化剂氢调敏感性的有效调控。氢调敏感性低的催化剂在加氢较少的情况下发生2,1插入几率较低,主要是发生1,2插入,容易产生相对分子质量很高的聚合物,这也是氢调敏感性低的催化剂得到的聚合物的相对分子质量分布曲线在高相对分子质量部分会有一个小凸起的原因。In this paper,four internal electron donors were designed as hydrogen sensitivity research objects,and the influence of internal electron donor structures on the polymerization behavior and hydrogen sensitivity of the catalyst was investigated.The results showed that catalysts with different hydrogen sensitivities can be prepared through the structural changes of internal electron donors,and the effective control of the hydrogen sensitivity of the catalysts can be realized through the structural design of internal electron donors.The catalysts with poor hydrogen sensitivity had a low probability of 2,1 insertions,and were easy to produce polymers with high molecular weight.This is also the reason why the molecular weight distribution curve of polymers obtained by the catalyst with poor hydrogen sensitivity have a small bulge in the high molecular weight part.
