摘 要:初步考察了两种笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)功能化侧基对硅橡胶材料性能的影响。硫化特性曲线显示,添加POSS后对硅橡胶硫化速度影响不明显,但硫化程度均有所下降;力学性能测试结果表明,八丙烯酸酰胺N-丙基POSS(OM-POSS)和反式-七异丁基二醇环己基POSS(CI-POSS)的加入均可改善硅橡胶室温力学性能;黏接实验发现,CI-POSS的加入不利于硅橡胶与金属的黏接,黏接强度明显下降,而OM-POSS可改善硅橡胶与金属的黏接性能。The addition of two kinds of POSS nanoparticles to silicone rubber (SR) composites were investigated.The test results of peroxide curing characteristics of composites showed that the trans -cyclohexanediolisobutyl POSS (CI-POSS) and the octamaleamic acid POSS (OM-POSS)decreased the crosslinking density of silicone rubber.Tensile tests exhibited that mechanical properties of SR/OM-POSS and SR/ CI-POSS were increased.It was demonstrated by adhesion tests that the utilization of the OM-POSS in the SR composites improved the adhesion of the SR to metal,but the CI-POSS inhibited the adhesion of the SR to metal.
