摘  要:为了保证软水循环系统的流动性以充分吸收燃气锅炉烟气余热,改造了锅炉水循环系统的控制策略。首先采用批量最小二乘法辨识出锅炉水循环系统保温水箱部件的输入输出关系,然后对辨识模型施加无模型自适应控制(MFAC)策略,再采用模式搜索算法对无模型自适应控制进行参数优化,最终对保温水箱进行基于模式搜索优化的无模型自适应控制。实验结果表明:所提出的控制策略能降低超调量和上升时间,减少相对稳态误差,降低平均抗扰动时间。To ensure the fluidity of the soft water circulation system and that the residual heat of the gas-fired boiler exhaust gas can be fully absorbed,the control strategy of boiler water circulation system is upgraded.Firstly,the batch least squares method is used to identify the input-output relationship of the components of the insulation water tank of the boiler water circulation system.Secondly,the identified model is implemented by model-free adaptive control (MFAC) strategy.Then,the parameters of model-free adaptive control are optimized by pattern search algorithm.Finally,the insulation water tank is controlled by MFAC strategy based on pattern search optimization.The tracking experiments show that the presented control strategy can effectively reduce overshoot and rise time,and reduce the relative steady-state error.The disturbance experiments show that the presented control strategy can effectively reduce the average anti-disturbance time.
