摘　　要：朱素臣的《十五贯》并非一部严格意义上的公案剧,其重心不在两桩冤案,而在于生命个体尤其是寒门士子的生存境遇。作者寄寓其中的,不仅是惺惺相惜的关怀,更是无力主宰自我命运的叹息。通过反映家族、婚姻、礼乐和司法等制度对两对年轻人造成的重要影响,该作细致入微地揭示了皇权时代这些社会制度是如何作用于古代中国人的精神世界与行为方式,从而在很大程度上塑造了他们的性格和德行,也决定了他们的命运和境遇。Zhu Suchen s Fifteen Guan is not a legal drama, in a strict sense, whose focus is not on two unjust cases but lies in the individual life, especially the poor scholar s survival situation. What the author places in it is not only his concern for each other, but also his sigh for his inability to control his own destiny. By reflecting the important influence of the clan, marriage, rites, music, and judiciary system, the work reveals in detail how these institutions shape the spirit and behavior of the ancient Chinese in the imperial era, their character and morality to a large extent, and determine their fate and circumstances.
