摘　　要：根据纸机各部对水质的基本需求,结合国际先进的技术水平,通过改进多圆盘过滤机的扇形板结构及其连接方式,规范水腿安装等,多圆盘处理白水使得超清滤液澄清度明显提高,其中OCC浆造纸白水回收的超清滤液澄清度不高于50mg/l,全木浆卫生纸白水回收的超清滤液澄清度不高于25mg/l.增加了纸机清水代替量,提高了白水回收利用率.Guided by water quality requirements of paper machines and global advanced technologies, the sector plate in multi-disc filters and its connection method, as well as water pipe installation can be modified to get ultra clear filtrate. Among them, OCC recovered ultra clear filtrate is not higher than 50mg/l, and recovered ultra clear filtrate from wood pulp and tissue is not higher than 25mg/l. It helps to save the water and improve the white water recovery efficiency.
