摘　　要：目的分析京沪两地妇女保健(以下简称“妇保”)服务的健全程度及其差异,探讨健全妇保服务的重要意义以及定量评价健全程度的可行性。方法系统收集所有涉及北京、上海市妇保相关的政策文件以及19952017年涉及两地妇保服务公平性问题的文献,综合服务的覆盖程度、定量可考核程度以及公平性程度,量化评价服务的健全程度。运用Spearman相关分析与线性回归分析服务健全程度与孕产妇死亡率的关系。结果2000年京沪两地妇保服务健全程度分别为56.9%、64.3%,2017年分别增长至71.6%、76.6%。京沪两地服务健全程度与孕产妇死亡率呈现负相关(相关系数均大于0.5)。结论京沪两地提供的妇保服务基本健全,且其对健康结果的决定作用逐步显现,但两地仍需重点改善服务公平性;适宜的妇保体系应做到服务健全、覆盖全人群,并确保服务的公平性;同时,研究结果验证了综合量化评价服务健全程度的方法基本可行。Objective To analyze the soundness and differences of maternal health services in Beijing and Shanghai,and to explore the significance of improving maternal health services and the feasibility of quantitative evaluation of service health.Methods All policy documents related to maternal health in Beijing and Shanghai and literature on the equity of maternal health services in the two places from 1995 to 2017 were systematically collected,coverage of maternal health services,the degree of quantitative assessment and the degree of equity in Beijing and Shanghai were comprehensively considered,and the soundness of the services of maternal health care system was quantitatively analysed.Spearman Objective To analyze the soundness and differences of maternal health services in Beijing and Shanghai,and to explore the significance of improving maternal health services and the feasibility of quantitative evaluation of service health.Methods All policy documents related to maternal health in Beijing and Shanghai and literature on the equity of maternal health services in the two places from 1995 to 2017 were systematically collected,coverage of maternal health services,the degree of quantitative assessment and the degree of equity in Beijing and Shanghai were comprehensively considered,and the soundness of the services of maternal health care system was quantitatively analysed.Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the soundness of services and maternal mortality.Results The maternal health services in Beijing and Shanghai were improved year by year.The soundness of maternal health services of Beijing and Shanghai increased from 56.9%and 64.3%respectively to 71.6%and 76.6%respectively from 2000 to 2017.There was a negative correlation between maternal mortality and soundness of services in Beijing and Shanghai(correlation coefficients were greater than 0.5).Conclusion Maternal health services in Beijing and Shanghai are basically sound,and their decision-making effects on he
