摘　　要：目的了解上海市卫生系统人员对于现行有效的专利成果转化政策的认知情况,为普及相关政策内容,增强卫生系统人员成果转化意识,推动成果转化工作提供有利条件。方法2017年9—10月,随机抽取复旦大学、上海交通大学、同济大学、上海中医药大学附属的24家医院320名医务工作者。采用自行设计的专利成果转化政策认知度调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果上海市卫生系统人员对我国现行有效的专利成果转化政策认知度较低。不同级别医院、有无专利发明的医务人员对于成果转化政策的认知度不同。结论应在卫生系统中大力宣传专利成果转化政策,提高卫生系统人员成果转化意识,并将专利成果转化指标纳入评价体系中。Objective To understand the cognitive status of patent application and current effective policies of patent achievement transformation among the workers in Shanghai health system,in order to popularize relevant policies,strengthen the awareness of achievement transformation among the workers in health system,and promote the transformation of patent achievements.Methods A total of 320 medical workers from 24 hospitals affiliated to Fudan University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Tongji University,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the survey conducted during September and November 2017.The questionnaire survey was conducted by use of the self-designed questionnaire on the cognitive status of the policies of patent achievement transformation.Results The rates of acknowledge of the patent achievement transformation policies in Shanghai health system were relatively poor.Medical workers in different levels of hospitals and with or without patent inventions had different awareness of the achievement transformation policies.Conclusion It is suggested to publicize the policies of the patent achievement transformation,strengthen the awareness of achievement transformation,and incorporate the indicator for the patent achievement transformation into the evaluation system.
