影响日间手术首台开台时间的原因分析与对策

摘　　要：目的 探讨影响日间手术首台开台时间的原因并提出相应管理对策,为提高日间手术首台开台准时率提供依据。方法 调查本院日间手术室2017年6月至2018年6月110例首台日间手术开台时间,分析导致日间手术首台开台时间不准时的原因并制定改进措施。结果 110例日间手术科室首台开台时间调查发现,54例开台时间不准时,占49.09%,其中患者晚入院3例(5.56%),手术医师晚点18例(33.33%),医疗器械准备不全4例(7.41%),麻醉未及时完成15例(27.78%),停刀换患者11例(20.37%),术前必要的检查未做3例(5.56%)。结论 日间手术首台开台时间不准时会影响日间手术室的运行效率,需持续改进从而提高日间手术首台开台准时率。Objective To explore the reasons that affect the beginning time of the first day surgery and propose corresponding management countermeasures, thus providing basis for improving the on-time punctuality rate of day surgery. Methods We investigated the beginning time of the first day surgery of 110 cases in the day surgery room of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. Then we analyzed the reasons for the untimely time of the first operation of the day surgery and formulated the improvement measures. Results The investigation of beginning time of the first day surgery of 110 cases in the day surgery room showed that 54 cases were not on time, accounting for 49.09%%, of which 3 cases (5.56%) hospitalized late, and 18 cases (33.33%) were delayed for the late of surgeon, 4 cases (7.41%) were delayed because of the incomplete preparation of medical device, and 15 cases (27.78%) were delayed because of uncompleted anesthesia. There were 11 cases (20.37%) that were stopped to change the patients, and 3 cases (5.56%) that didn’t conduct necessary examination before the surgery. Conclusion The untimely beginning time of day surgery can affect the operating efficiency of the day operating room. We need to improve the on-time punctuality rate of the first day surgery continuously.
