摘　　要：目的 探讨临床护理路径对老年脑血栓患者功能恢复与生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的100例老年脑血栓患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用临床护理路径,比较两组患者的认知、肢体、语言功能恢复率和生活质量。结果 观察组患者认知、肢体、语言功能恢复率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将临床护理路径应用于老年脑血栓患者,可提高其功能恢复率和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on functional recovery and quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods To select 100 cases of patients with senile cerebral thrombosis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while on the basis of this, the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway. The cognitive, limb, language function recovery rate and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rates of cognitive, limb, language function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis can improve their functional recovery rate and quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
