基于快速康复外科理念的肠内营养支持在结直肠癌伴肠梗阻术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析基于快速康复外科理念的肠内营养支持在结直肠癌伴肠梗阻术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的67例结直肠癌伴肠梗阻患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分为研究组34例和对照组33例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于快速康复外科理念的肠内营养支持,比较两组患者营养风险评分及并发症发生率。结果 术后7d,研究组各项营养指标值均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 结直肠癌伴肠梗阻患者围术期应用基于快速康复外科理念的肠内营养支持,可保证患者肠道清洁度,改善营养水平,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of enteral nutrition support based on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction. Methods To select 67 cases of patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as the study subjects. According to these patients’ wishes, they were divided into study group with 34 cases and control group with 33 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given enteral nutrition support bases on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept. The nutritional risk scores and complication rates of patients between the two groups were compared. Results At seven days after the operation, the nutritional indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group( P <0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying enteral nutrition support based on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction can ensure the cleanliness of the intestine and improve the nutritional level. Meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Therefore, it is worth promoting.
