摘 要:根据X65管线钢的Ramberg-Osgood本构方程以及土体的摩尔库仑模型,采用有限元软件Abaqus分别对裸露和未裸露的埋地悬空管道受力情况进行数值模拟,模拟得到埋地悬空管道应力和应变与悬空长度之间的关系,以及不同埋深条件下基于最大Mises应力和最大应变的管道安全悬空长度和极限悬空长度;针对带腐蚀缺陷的埋地悬空管道,提出减薄管道壁厚的计算模型,建立了基于应力失效判据的管道失效功能函数和极限状态方程,并利用蒙特卡洛法对管道结构可靠度进行计算,得出管道腐蚀深度和悬空长度对其可靠度的影响程度。该研究结果可为带腐蚀缺陷的埋地管道悬空段的安全性评价提供理论支持,为管道公司抢维修作业提供指导。According to the ramberg-osgood constitutive equation of X65 pipeline steel and the mole coulomb model of soil,this paper uses finite element software ABAQUS to carry out numerical simulation of the exposed and non-exposed buried suspended pipelines respectively,and obtains the relationship between stress and strain and suspended length,as well as the safe suspended length and ultimate suspended length of pipelines based on maximum Mises stress and maximum strain under different buried depth conditions.For the buried suspended pipelines with corrosion defect,the paper proposes a model of reducing the thickness of the pipe wall,obtains the suspended pipeline failure function based on the stress failure criterion,and establishes the limit state equation.Monte carlo method is used to calculate its reliability,and obtain the influence of corrosion depth and pipeline suspension length on pipeline reliability.The obtained data can provide theoretical support for the safety evaluation of the suspended section of corroded pipelines and guide the maintenance and repair work of pipeline companies.
