摘　　要：目的研究分析数字减影血管造影术联合微创介入治疗糖尿病足的护理情况。方法选择2017年8月-2018年7月我院收治的50例糖尿病足患者,均接受数字减影血管造影术联合微创介入方式进行治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,从而探讨出相应的护理措施。结果经过数字减影血管造影术联合微创介入治疗以及相应护理措施干预后,50例糖尿病足患者中,大动脉治疗15支,均即刻复查造影成功;治疗中动脉25支,即刻复查造影成功有20支;治疗小动脉80支,即刻复查造影成功有60支。治疗后,中动脉以及大动脉扩张成功率为87.50%,小动脉扩张成功率为75.00%;经过联合治疗后(治疗后7 d、治疗后30 d、治疗后90 d),同治疗前对比,其踝肱指数(ABI值)均上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病足患者,对其行数字减影血管造影术方式检查,能够全面且有效的掌握血管狭窄程度以及具体部位,联合微创介入治疗后则可帮助改善下肢血管狭窄等导致发生下肢血供障碍情况,结合有效的护理措施干预后,则可降低并发症发生率,从而提升整体疗效,有利于促进康复。Objective To study and analyze the digital subtraction angiography combined with minimally invasive interventions in treatment and nursing of diabetic foot.Methods 50 cases of patients with diabetic foot and who treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected,and all patients were received digital subtraction angiography combined with minimally invasive interventional therapy.Then,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the corresponding nursing measures were explored.Results After digital subtraction angiography combined with minimally invasive interventional therapy and corresponding nursing interventions,50 cases of patients with diabetic foot,15 arteries were treated with great arteries,and all of them were underwent immediate reexamination and angiography;25 arteries were treated with immediate reexamination and 20 arteries were treated with immediate re-examination;80 arteries were treated with immediate re-examination and 60 arteries were treated with immediate re-examination and angiography.After treatment,the successful rate of dilatation of middle and large arteries was 87.50%,and that of small arteries was 75.00%.After combined treatment(after treatment for 7 days,30 days and 90 days),compared with before treatment,ABI(ankle brachial index)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot,the digital subtraction angiography which can comprehensively and effectively grasp the degree and location of vascular stenosis.Combined with minimally invasiveinterventional therapy,it can help to improve the blood supply disorders of lower limbs caused by vascular stenosis of lower limbs.Combined with effective nursing interventions,it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the overall efficacy,and it is conducive to promoting rehabilitation.
