综合护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析探讨综合护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者的康复效果的影响。方法研究样本为我院2016年10月-2018年10月收治的92例精神分裂症患者,依据简单分组的方法均分为对照组以及护理组,每组均为46例患者。予以对照组患者常规护理,予以护理组患者综合护理,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果干预前,两组患者PANSSE评分及GQOL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,护理组及对照组患者PANSS评分分别为(21.71±4.87)分、(30.32±5.32)分,而GQOL评分分别为(87.24±5.92)分、(78.06±6.47)分,PANSS评分均下降,GQOL评分均升高,且护理组优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期住院精神分裂症患者采用综合护理干预可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,效果确切。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods The study sample was 92 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018.They were divided into control group and nursing group according to the simple grouping method,and each group had 46 patients.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the nursing group were given comprehensive nursing,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in PANSSE score and GQOL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the PANSS scores of the nursing group and the control group were(21.71±4.87)and(30.32±5.32),respectively,and the GQOL scores were respectively.For(87.24±5.92)and(78.06±6.47),the PANSS scores were significantly decreased,and the GQOLscores were significantly increased,and the nursing group was significantly better than the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term inpatients with schizophrenia patients can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life by using comprehensive nursing interventions.
