分组分层排班法在血液内科护理管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨护士分组分层优化排班法在血液内科护理管理中的运用效果,探索一种可以有效提高护士满意度、护理质量及患者满意度的排班模式。方法自2016年1月-2017年7月我院血液内科开始试行分组分层优化排班模式,对科室护士实行采取分层分组管理,构建护士长-护理组长-责任护士的立体管理框架。将2016年1月-2017年7月实行分组分层优化排班模式与2014年10月-2015年10月传统排班模式进行对比观察。结果在实行分层分组优化排班法以后,护士满意度、护理质量及患者满意度较实行传统排班模式时提高,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行分组分层优化排班法可以提高护理人员的综合素质,增强低年资护士的安全感,培养护士的团队协作精神,从而提高了护士对排班工作的满意度、护理工作质量和患者对护理的满意度,不仅可以合理利用护理人力资源,还能够提高护理质量。Objective Discusses the nurse group hierarchical optimization scheduling method in the management of blood internal medicine nursing use effect,to explore a kind of can effectively improve the nurses’satisfaction,quality of care and patient satisfaction model of scheduling.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,our hospital blood internal medicine begun trial group hierarchical optimization scheduling model,implement the department nurses take stratified grouping management,constructing a three-dimensional management framework with head nurse-nursing team leader-responsible nurse.From January 2016 to July 2017,the optimized scheduling model of group stratification was compared with the traditional scheduling model from October 2014 to October 2015 for the comparison and observation of nurse satisfaction,nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Results After a stratified grouping optimization scheduling method,nurse satisfaction,quality of care and patient satisfaction is a traditional scheduling model significantly increased,the comparative differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A grouping hierarchical optimization scheduling method can significantly improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,can effectively enhance the low qualification nurses sense of security,cultivate nurses team cooperation spirit,to improve the satisfaction of nurses for scheduling work,improves the nursing quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.The hierarchical grouping optimization scheduling method can not only utilize the nursing human resources reasonably,but also improve the nursing quality.
