摘　　要：结合BIM技术和大数据的发展规律与态势,从数据整合、信息共享和价值发掘三个方面分析招标采购领域大数据应用存在的问题,提出BIM和大数据融合应用的思想,阐述BIM集成化、共享化和结构化的应对策略。最后从行业秩序、企业效益和人员效率三个层面介绍BIM+大数据在工程招标采购领域的应用展望。Combined with the development rules and situation of BIM technology and big data,this paper analyzes the problems of big data application in the field of bidding and procurement from the aspects of data integration,information sharing and value discovery. And puts forward the idea of BIM and big data fusion application,describes the BIM-based integrated,shared and structured coping strategies. Finally,expounds the application prospects of BIM + big data in engineering bidding and procurement from three aspects of industry order,enterprise benefit and personnel efficiency.
