摘　　要：以非政府投资的、合作开发的建设工程项目为研究对象,整理合作项目的运作模式及内涵,识别合作项目利益相关者群体及特点,归纳合作项目的主要管理内容。在此基础上构建用于梳理利益相关者合作下项目管理风险因素的分析模型,并结合案例应用给予合作风险应对的建议。This paper takes the non-government-led cooperative construction project as the research object,combs the operation modes and connotations of the cooperative construction project,identifies the stakeholder group and its characteristics,and sums up the main management content of cooperative project. On the basis,builds an analysis model which is used to sort out project management risk factor of cooperative development with different stakeholders,and gives suggestions for cooperative risks with case application.
