摘　　要：作为油气集输、处理以及输送等地面工程各个环节必不可少的设施之一,加热炉的类型和发展趋势对油气高效开发和运输有着很大影响。对不同类型加热炉进行合理的选取和使用,能够有效地提高油气田开发的经济性和安全性。目前,各油田所使用的油田加热炉主要有管式加热炉、火筒式加热炉、水套加热炉和相变加热炉等。其中管式加热炉和火筒式加热炉结构简单,一次性投资成本较低,但其安全隐患也较为严重;水套加热炉则安全性较高,但换热效率较低;作为一种新型加热炉,相变加热炉在换热效率和安全性方面表现突出。除此以外,各油田根据自身特点还研发出热声耦合燃烧油田加热炉、自力式井口加热炉、直接换热式加热炉和真空超导加热炉等。目前加热炉以改进燃烧技术和换热技术为主要攻关方向。As one of the essential facilities for all aspects of ground engineering such as oil-gas gathering,handling and transportation,the type and development trend of heating furnace have a great impact on the efficient development and transportation of oil and gas.The reasonable selection and use of different types of heating furnaces can effectively improve the economy and safety of oil and gas field development.At present,the heating furnaces used in each oilfield are mainly tubular furnaces,firebox furnaces,water jacket furnaces and phase change furnaces,among which tubular furnaces and firebox furnaces have simple structures,low one-time investment cost and serious potential safety hazards,while water jacket furnaces have high security but low thermal efficiency.As a new type of heating furnace,phase change furnaces perform well in heat transfer efficiency and security.What's more,according to the characteristics of oilfields,thermo-acoustic coupling burning heating furnaces,self-reliance well head heating furnaces,direct heat transfer heating furnaces and vacuum superconducting heating furnaces are developed.At present,the study direction of heating furnace is mainly combustion technology and heat transfer technology improvement.
