橇装实流三相标准计量装置的研制

摘　　要：为解决胜利油田移动式计量装置和多相流量计的量值溯源问题,研制了橇装实流三相标准计量装置。该装置利用联合站三相分离器分离出的油气水分相计量后,经过流态发生器发生分层流、泡状流和段塞流。三相标准计量装置作为一种计量标准装置,可对小型移动计量装置进行量值传递,进一步保证油井示功图计量法的计量准确性。In order to solve the problem of metrological traceability of mobile metering device and multi-phase flowmeter in Shengli Oilfield,a three-phase standard metering device for skid-mounted real flow is developed.The device utilizes the three-phase separator of multi-purpose station to separate oil,gas and water phase,and then the stratified flow,bubble flow and slug flow occur through the flow state generator.As a kind of metering standard,the three-phase standard metering device can transfer the quantity value of small mobile metering device and further ensure the metering accuracy of the oil well indicator diagram metering method.
