摘  要:为研究直接焊接方式对输气管道单点穿孔缺陷修复后对管道承压能力的影响,以输气管道为试验对象,模拟存在单点穿孔缺陷的输气管段,采用全钨极氩弧焊、纤维素+低氢焊、氩电联焊、STT+低氢焊4种焊接工艺直接对管道缺陷进行修复。针对不同修复方式的试件按照现行金属试验标准进行力学试验,得到了不同焊接工艺修复后输气管道的力学性能及承载能力。试验数据表明,选用全钨极氩弧焊、氩电联焊和STT+低氢焊3种修复焊缝工艺完成的管道全尺寸静水压爆破试验合格,证明直接修复焊缝对管道载荷承载能力影响较小,是一种较为安全的修复方法,为输气管道的应急抢修提供了一定的理论依据。In order to study the influence of direct welding method on the pipeline loading capacity after repair for the single point perforation defect of gas transmission pipeline,taking gas pipeline as the test object,single point perforation defect of gas transmission pipeline is simulated.Pipeline defects are directly repaired by four welding processes,namely all-tungsten argon arc welding,cellulose+low hydrogen welding,argon-electric welding and STT+low hydrogen welding.Mechanical tests of specimens with different repairing methods are carried out in accordance with current metal test standards,and the mechanical properties and bearing capacity of gas pipeline after repaired by different welding processes are obtained.The test data shows that the full-scale hydrostatic blasting test of pipeline completed by all-tungsten argon arc welding,argon electric welding and STT+low hydrogen welding is qualified.It is proved that direct repair of weld seam has less influence on load-bearing capacity of pipeline and it is a relatively safe repair method,which can provide a theoretical basis for emergency repair of gas transmission pipeline.
