摘  要:目的了解某三甲医院成立床位调配中心,医护人员对床位调配工作的满意度。方法应用自制的床位调配满意度调查表,对开具“需调配床位”住院证的医生和护理调床患者的护士共113名进行调查。结果满意度得分,医生高于护士得分最高的前3个条目为对护理人员进行护理培训的需要程度、医护人员对床位调配中心工作的评分、采取护理会诊的可行程度,得分最低的条目为对调床绩效的满意程度。结论医护人员均对医院成立床位调配中心进行床位调配工作感到满意,为不断推进工作,建议应加强护士专科护理能力的培训,合理提高医护人员的绩效,适时调整调床方案,以保证床位调配工作的顺利开展。Objective To understand the satisfaction of medical staffs on the bed allocation in Bed Allocation Center in a tertiary A hospital.Methods A self-made Bed Satisfaction Questionnaire was used to investigate 113 medical staffs,including doctors who were given“bed allocation”inpatient certificates and nurses who took care of these patients.Results The scores of doctors are higher than nurses’.The top three items with the highest scores are:nursing training needs of nursing staffs,scores of medical staffs on Bed Allocation Center,feasibility of taking nursing consultation.The lowest scoring item is the degree of satisfaction with the salary of medical staff.Conclusion Medical staffs are satisfied with the allocation of Bed Allocation Center.At the same time,these ways can make the job of Bed Allocation Center perform better.It is suggested that nurses should be trained to improve their nurses’professional abilities,medical staffs should be given a more suitable salary,in order to adjust the flow of bed allocation in suitable time.
