摘　　要：介绍了汽车用环保涂料的发展状况。将高固含量油漆应用于中型客车涂装,并与中低固含量油漆的施工参数进行了对比,测试了不同涂层的耐老化性能和耐洗刷性能。结果表明,高固含量中涂和面漆均可在现有的工艺条件下施工,而且更容易达到膜厚要求,既节省工时,又能提高工作效率,单台用漆量降低 20%以上,漆膜性能能够满足客车技术要求,可以推广使用。The development status of environmentally friendly paints for automobile was introduced. A high-solid-content paint was applied to medium-sized bus and its construction parameters were compared with the medium/low-solid-content paints. The aging resistance and scrub resistance of the coatings were tested. The results showed that the high-solid-content midcoat and topcoat were applicable in the current process conditions, and their thicknesses were easy to be achieved, not only saving time but also improving efficiency. The consumption of paints per bus was reduced by more than 20%. The performance of the sprayed coatings met the technical requirements of bus. The high-solid-content paints are worthy of popularization and application.
