摘 要:针对重整全焊板式换热器热端差压高,温差大的现状进行分析,从重整原料油的来源、氮含量、终馏点、以及进料温度的控制等方面进行了原因分析,认为导致板式换热器热端差压高的原因是由于胶质、铵盐、催化剂粉末的缓慢沉积,以及之间的相互作用和影响,形成了板式换热器热端上的特殊污垢,针对这些问题采取有效的处理措施,解决了板换热端差压持续上升的问题,并且通过在线清洗降低了板换热端差压,维持重整装置正常生产。The current situation of high differential pressure and large temperature difference at the hot end of the reformed all-welded heat exchanger was analyzed from the aspects of the sources of reforming feedstock,nitrogen content,final boiling point and feed temperature control.The reason for the high differential pressure at the hot end of the plate heat exchanger was due to the slow deposition of the powder of the gum,ammonium salt and catalyst,as well as the interactions and effects between them,forming special dirt on the hot end of the plate heat exchanger.In order to solve these problems,effective treatment measures were taken to solve the problem that the differential pressure of the hot end of the plate heat exchange continued to rise.At the same time,the differential pressure was reduced by online cleaning,and normal production of the reformer was maintained.
