摘  要:基于颗粒系统仿真技术,结合端部初级采样器模型、颗粒参数设置、无滑动接触模型、料流模型建立及离散元仿真,对输煤胶带端部初级采样器切割斗的采样过程进行仿真研究。通过在颗粒系统仿真软件EDEM中建立水平分层模型和垂直分层模型,运用颗粒系统仿真分别对胶带端部初级采样器在水平方向和垂直方向的动态采样过程进行了仿真。结果显示:水平分层模型中采集到不同种类颗粒的平均数为43.3,标准差为3.60,极差为20;垂直分层模型中采集到不同种类颗粒的平均数为325.5,标准差为63.27,极差为149;胶带端部初级采样器对料流横截面末端和底层的收集效果较差,在设计中应向来料方向加大切割斗进料口长度,提高对料流横截面末端和底层颗粒的收集效率。Based on the particle system simulation technology,and combining with the end part primary sampling machine model,particle parameter setting,no sliding contact model,flow model establishment and the discrete element simulation,the sampling process of the primary’s cutting bucket sampler at the end of coal conveying belt has been simulated.The dynamic sampling process of tape end primary sampler in horizontal and vertical directions was simulated by using particle system simulation software EDEM.The results show that the average number of different kinds of particles collected in horizontal stratification model is 43.3,the standard deviation is 3.60,and the range is 20;the average number of different kinds of particles collected in vertical stratification model is 325.5,the standard deviation is 63.27,and the range is 149.The results show that the primary sampler at the end of tape has a poor collection effect on the end and bottom of the cross section of material flow.In the design,the length of the inlet port of the sampling hopper should be increased in the direction of incoming material,so as to improve the collection efficiency of the end and bottom particles of the cross section of material flow.
