摘  要:目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切联合膀胱颈内切开术治疗小体积前列腺增生的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我科自2014年1月至2016年12月应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切+膀胱颈内切开术治疗小体积前列腺增生的67例病例,比较67例患者术前术后IPSS、QoL、Qmax、PVR的变化,观察术后膀胱颈挛缩的发生率。结果 67例病例术前、术后3月的IPSS、QoL、Qmax、PVR差异有统计学意义, P<0.05,术后较术前有明显改善;术后3例患者出现膀胱颈挛缩,经再次行经尿道等离子电切联合膀胱颈内切开术治疗后明显好转。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切联合膀胱颈内切开术可以有效治疗小体积前列腺增生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate combined with bladder neck incision for the treatment of small-volume benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods There were 67 cases of small volume BPH underwent transurethral resection of prostate combined with bladder neck incision from January 2014 to December 2016,and their changes of IPSS,QoL,Qmax,and PVR were observed before and after operation.And the incidence of bladder neck contracture after operation was observed too.Results There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) in preoperative and postoperative IPSS,QoL,Qmax,and PVR in 67 patients with obvious improvements after surgery.Three patients had bladder neck contracture after operation and were cured by a secondary surgery.Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate combined with bladder neck incision is an effective treatment for small volume prostate hyperplasia.
