摘　　要：在双螺杆挤出压片机上,调整两个辊筒间的距离是一个非常重要的功能,采用S7-1200PLC和液压系统实现调距功能,从而取代传统的机械调距控制,以解决传统模式下的弊端。本文介绍了系统的软、硬件构成,系统功能和控制系统构造。该系统投入使用后,各项性能均达到了要求。In twin-screw extruder,adjusting the distance between two rollers is a very important function. S7-1200 PLC and hydraulic system are used to realize the distance adjustment function,which replaces the traditional mechanical distance adjustment control to solve the drawbacks of the traditional mode. This paper introduces the system's hardware and software structure,system function and control system structure. After putting the system into use,all the performances have met the requirements.
