摘　　要：以北京首钢园区更新为例,研究探讨了存量时代下国内一线城市适用的更新模式、更新手段、功能定位和产业模式,呈现了首钢独特的城市复兴地标营建历程。Taking the regeneration of heavy industrial remains in Beijing Shougang Park as an example, this paper discusses the urban regeneration mode, update means, functional orientation and industrial model applicable to the firsttier cities in China under the stock era, and presents the construction process of Shougang’s unique urban revival landmark.
