摘　　要：液体发酵饲料作为发酵饲料中的一种新型饲料,以其独特的优势在现代集约化养殖中逐渐得到重视,目前液体发酵饲料在欧洲已经得到广泛运用。液体发酵饲料不但可以显著提高饲料利用率和消化率,还可以明显改善猪的生长性能等,在生猪养殖中渐渐扮演重要角色。文章从影响液体发酵饲料品质的因素以及在生猪养殖中的应用进行综述,以期为液体发酵饲料生产及应用提供借鉴。Liquid fermented feed is a new feed type in fermented feed,which has been paid more attention with its unique advantages in modern intensive farming. At present, liquid fermented feed has been widely used in Europe. Liquid fermented feed can not only significantly improve feed utilization rate and digestibility,but also significantly improve growth performance of pigs,which gradually played an important role in pig breeding. The factors affecting the quality of liquid fermented feed and its application in pig breeding were reviewed in this paper.
