摘 要:热浸镀法制备的合金镀层具有成本低、效率高、无污染、可实现自动化生产等优势。助镀剂的加入能提高热浸镀效率,优化镀层的质量,增强镀层与基体的结合力。阐述了助镀剂在热浸镀中的作用。分析了助镀剂pH值、配比、亚铁离子、助镀剂温度对热浸镀效果的影响。最后对助镀剂在热浸镀铜和铅中的应用和研究进行了展望。The alloy coating prepared by hot dipping has the advantages such as low cost, high efficiency, pollution-free and automatic production. The addition of fluxing can increase the efficiency of hot dip coating, optimize the quality of the coating and enhance the bonding strength between the coating and substrate. The effects of fluxing in hot dip were expounded. The influences of pH value, the ratio, ferrous ion and temperature of fluxing on the hot dip effect were analyzed.Finally, the application and research of the fluxing in hot-dip effect copper and lead was forecasted.
