摘  要:设计制作了大小两种保温套,将精密小型结构件放入保温套中,进行真空保温和淬火转移试验。结果表明,小型精密结构件真空油淬可以克服和消除卧式真空油淬炉结构限制问题,零件淬火后,硬度均匀,满足工艺要求。Two kinds of insulation sleeve were designed and made. Vacuum insulation and quenching transfer tests were carried out by placing the small-scale precision structure into the insulation sleeve. The results show that, the vacuum oil quenching can overcome and eliminate the structural limitation question of horizontal vacuum oil quenching furnace. After quenching, the hardness of the parts is uniform, which meets the requirements of the process.
