摘 要:目的调查肿瘤科护士自我效能感与职业认同现状,探讨其相关性。方法采用整群抽样法选取天津市6所三甲医院肿瘤科护士324名,采用自我效能感量表和职业认同量表进行调查,并分析其相关性。结果肿瘤科护士的一般自我效能感总评分为(31.20±3.65)分,职业认同总分为(60.21±4.25)分。单因素分析显示,自我效能感评分、职业认同评分在不同年龄和不同工作年限护士间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示,工作年限、职业认同总分是自我效能感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士的自我效能感及职业认同均处于中等水平,呈正相关,增强护士的自我效能感有助于提升职业认同感。Objective To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and professional identity of oncology nurses. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 324 oncology nurses from 6 grade A hospitals. Self-efficacy scale and occupational identity scale were used to investigate and analyze their correlation. Results The general self-efficacy of the oncology nurses was(31.20±3.65)and professional identity(60.21±4.25). Univariate analysis showed that the scores of self-efficacy and professional identity were statistically significant among nurses of different ages and working years(P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that years of work and total score of professional identity were the influencing factors of self-efficacy(P<0.05). Conclusions The self-efficacy and professional identity of oncology nurses were at a medium level,showing a positive correlation.
