摘 要:本文通过选择有代表性的风口扒出焦炭与入炉焦炭进行对比,详细研究了风口焦的特性。重点跟踪了风口焦灰分的变化情况,探讨了风口焦灰分增加对焦炭高温反应特性的影响,进而作出了修正,并定量的给出了风口区域表征焦炭劣化程度的劣化指数公式。结合酒钢榆中高炉实际,就焦炭劣化指数与钾钠锌含量之间的关系进行了探讨。In this paper, the characteristics of tuyere coke are studied in detail by comparing a representative coke pulled out form tuyere with coke. The change of coke ash content in the tuyere was traced, and the influence of coke ash content on the high-temperature reaction characteristics of coke was discussed. The correction index was also given, and the deterioration index formula for the degree of coke deterioration was identified quantitatively. Combined with the actual blast furnace in Yuzhong, the relationship between coke deterioration index and the content of K、Na and Zn was discussed.
