摘　　要：本文通过对焦油蒸馏塔冷焊焊接方法成功经验的总结,剖析其形成裂纹的诸多因素,从物理的力学性能和金属的化学成分,焊接金属学等入手,对该设备焊接方法采用了一套简单易行的冷焊焊接方法 ,焊接后效果良好,且检修过程焊接极其方便,满足了生产要求。In this paper, through summarizing the successful experience of cold welding method for tar distillation tower, the factors that form the crack are analyzed. From physical mechanical properties and chemical composition of metals, welding metallurgy, etc., a simple and easy method of cold welding is used for the equipment. The effect after welding is good, and the welding process during the maintenance process is extremely convenient and meets the production requirements.
