摘 要:以蓖麻油改性多元醇、聚醚多元醇为主要原材料,聚合多苯基异氰酸酯为固化剂,氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,制备了高性能聚氨酯灌封胶,分析各组分对聚氨酯灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:当蓖麻油改性多元醇添加量为40份、阻燃填料为40份、异氰酸酯与羟基物质的量之比为1.05,聚氨酯灌封胶的性能达到最佳,其中拉伸剪切强度达到15.3 MPa,阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0,相比电痕化指数达到600 V,满足电子元器件的灌封需求。A polyurethane pouring sealant with high performance was prepared using castor oil modified polyol and polyether polyol as main raw materials, polyphenyl isocyanate as curing agent, and aluminum hydroxide as flame-retardant filler. The effects of each component on the properties of polyurethane pouring sealant were analyzed. The results show that when the additive amounts of castor oil modified polyol and flame-retardant filler are 40 phr, and the molar ratio of isocyanate and hydroxyl is 1.05, the polyurethane pouring sealant shows the best performance. The tensile shear strength reaches 15.3 MPa,the flame retardancy reaches UL94 V-0 level, and the comparative tracking index reaches 600 V, which could meet the sealing requirements of electronic components.
