摘 要:以硅酸盐无机胶粘剂为基料,通过向胶粘剂中加入苯丙乳液和水性聚氨酯,从而改善硅酸盐无机胶粘剂的粘接强度。研究结果表明:当加入8质量份的苯丙乳液改性无机胶粘剂时,其粘接强度由0.83 MPa提高到1.07 MPa,提高幅度为28.9%;而加入4质量份的水性聚氨酯改性无机胶粘剂时,其粘接强度由0.83 MPa提高到1.34 MPa,提高幅度为61.4%。The adhesive strength of silicate inorganic adhesive was improved by adding styrene acrylic emulsion and waterborne polyurethane to the silicate inorganic adhesive. The research results showed that when the inorganic adhesive was modified with 8 mass fractions of styrene acrylic emulsion,the bonding strength increased from 0.83 MPa to 1.07 MPa,and the increase range was 28.9%. When the inorganic adhesive was modified with4 mass fractions of waterborne polyurethane,the bonding strength increased from 0.83 MPa to 1.34 MPa,and the increase range was 61.4%.
