摘  要:以C5石油树脂的热稳定性、耐候性和储存稳定性为考察指标,对抗氧剂和光稳定剂的稳定化作用进行了研究。研究结果表明:将w(抗氧剂AT-10)=0.20%和w(光稳定剂Tinuvin 622LD)=0.10%(均相对于C5石油树脂总质量而言)添加于C5石油树脂中,其热稳定性、耐候性和储存稳定性得到明显改善;在200℃下加热3 h,Gardner色号变化≤1;耐候性测试,色号变化≤2;在40℃下存储15 d,色号变化≤1。该三元复合抗氧剂体系对石油树脂长期储存过程中的溴值和熔融黏度均有保护作用。The stabilization effects of antioxidants and light stabilizers on the thermal stability,weatherability and storage stability of C5 petroleum resin were investigated. The research results showed that when w(antioxidant AT-10)=0.20% and w(light stabilizer Tinuvin 622 LD)=0.10%(both relative to the total quality of C5 petroleum resin)were added to C5 petroleum resin,the thermal stability,weatherability and storage stability of the resin were significantly improved. When heated at 200 ℃ for 3 h,the Gardner color number change was less than 1.Weatherability test showed that the color number change was less than 2. When stored at 40 ℃ for 15 d,the color number change was less than 1. The ternary compound antioxidant system had protective effects on bromine value and melting viscosity of petroleum resin during long-term storage.
