摘　　要：社会治理精准化需要利用信息动态感知、知识深度学习等科技新手段,对社会治理要素进行精确分析,为社会治理创新提供新的技术支撑。将用户画像技术引入到社会治理中,构建了社会治理要素的画像模型,以武汉市为例,建设基于用户画像模型的武汉市社会治理要素大数据资源池,阐述其服务民生、服务决策的应用实践,为智慧社会治理的空间决策奠定基础。To provide new technological support for innovation of social governance, accuracy of social governance requires accurate analysis of social governance elements through new scientific and technological means such as dynamic perception of information and deep learning of knowledge as. User portrait technology is introduced in social governance to construct a portrait model of social governance elements, then a large data resource pool of social governance elements in Wuhan is established. Its application practice, which provides basic support for spatial decision-making of intelligent social governance, is also expounded.
