摘 要:目的分析血清镁离子、钾离子与2型糖尿病的相关性及临床意义。方法选取2型糖尿病住院患者150例,调查根据HbA 1C水平分为3组:血糖控制较好组30例(HbA 1C≤7.0%),血糖控制一般组60例(7.0%<HbA 1C≤9.0%),血糖控制差60例(HbA 1C>9.0%)。测定所有研究对象的血清镁离子、钾离子、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹C肽、空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h C肽、尿微量白蛋白,并做两两比较。结果①与血糖控制较好组相比:血糖控制一般组尿微量白蛋白升高,餐后2 h C肽降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血糖控制较差组尿微量白蛋白升高,镁、钾、餐后2 h C肽降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);②Pearson相关分析:血钾与餐后2 h C肽正相关(r=0.320,P<0.05),血镁与尿微量白蛋白负相关(r=-0.226,P<0.05)。结论血清钾离子、镁离子与2型糖尿病密切相关,糖尿病患者要注意监测血钾、镁离子。Objective To analyse the correlationships between the serum magnesium,serum potassium and type 2 diabetes as well as clinical significance. Methods One hundred fifty type 2 diabetic inpatients were admitted. On the basis of HbA 1C,the research subjects were divided into three groups: better glycemic cintrol group ( HbA 1C ≤7. 0%),blood sugar control group ( 7. 0%< HbA 1C≤9. 0%),blood sugar control difference group ( HbA 1C > 9. 0%). Serum magnesium,potassium,fasting blood glucose,HbA 1C,fasting insulin,fast- ing c-peptide,c peptide 2 hours after meal,MALB were respectively detected in three groups. The detection results were performed the pairwise comparison. Results Compared with better glycemic cintrol group,MALB level in the blood sugar control group was significantly in- creased,the difference was statistically remarkable ( P < 0. 05),while c peptide 2 hours after meal was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically remarkable ( P < 0. 05 ). MALB level in the blood sugar control difference group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically remarkable ( P < 0. 05),while serum magnesium,potassium and c peptide 2 hours after meal was significantly decreas,the difference was statistically remarkable ( P < 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum potassium ( r = 0. 320,P< 0. 05) were positively correlated with c peptide 2 hours after meal and the level of serum magnesium ( r =- 0. 226,P < 0. 05) were negatively correlated with MALB. Conclusion Serum magnesium and potassium have close relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus,It is essential to monitor serum magnesium and potassium for type 2 diabetic patients.
