黑龙江省成人正常■、安氏Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错牙合软组织侧貌特征的对比研究

摘　　要：目的通过X线头影测量分析,探讨黑龙江省成人正常[牙合]、安氏Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错[牙合]软组织侧貌特征。方法选择正常[牙合]、安氏Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错[牙合]成人各50例,确定17项常用的软组织侧貌测量指标进行X线头影测量。结果Ⅱ类错[牙合]组与正常[牙合]组软组织测量值相比较,除上唇长、下唇长和下唇突度外,其余14项测量值均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ类错[牙合]组与正常[牙合]组软组织测量值相比较,除上唇长、下唇长、颏唇沟角、唇间隙、上唇突角和Z角外,其余11项测量值均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常[牙合]、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错[牙合]成人软组织侧貌特征具有明显的差异性。Objective To discuss the soft tissue profile features of normal occlusal,Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion in Heilongjiang province through the X-ray cephalometric analysis. Methods Fifty subjects with normal occlusion,Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion were selected,and 17 common soft tissue profile were determined by cephalometric analysis. The data obtained were statisti- cally analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results Compared with the measured values of the soft tissues of the normal occlusion group,the other 14 values of the Ⅱ malocclusion group were statistically significant except ULL,LLL and LLP ( P < 0. 05). Compared with the measured values of the soft tissue of normals,the other 11 measured values of Ⅲ malocclusion group were statistically significant except the ULL,LLL,LL-B'-Pos,Stms-Stmi,ULP and z angle ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The characteristics of soft tissue profile of normal occlusion,Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion in adults are significantly different.
