摘　　要：目的:总结张晓甦教授治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的临床经验与学术思想。方法:师从张晓甦教授,总结整理宫颈高危型HPV感染治疗的临床病历,整理和归纳本病治疗的临床经验及特色。通过对张晓甦教授运用自拟清带解毒汤治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的病案进行整理,剖析张教授对宫颈高危型HPV病因病机的认识及其临床辨证特色的梳理,从而对张晓甦教授治疗本病的临床思路、诊疗特色及用药规律进行归纳总结。结果:针对宫颈高危型HPV感染,张晓甦教授探其根本,认为本病病位在冲任,连及肝脾,病性为实,病因病机为湿热毒邪瘀滞胞宫,治法为清热利湿、解毒散瘀,自拟经验方“清带解毒汤”。通过对张晓甦教授治疗高危型HPV临床经验及诊疗特色的总结及学习,从而掌握该病的病因病机、诊疗思路及用药特点,为该病治疗提供临床经验。结论:张晓甦教授治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染经验丰富,防微杜渐,可以有效的预防宫颈癌的发生,为宫颈高危型HPV感染治疗提供理论指导,有利于广大青年医师学习,值得推广。Objective:To sum up clincial experience and academic thoughts of Professor ZHANG Xiaosu in treating cervical high-risk HPV infection.Methods:I learned from Professor ZHANG Xiaosu, summarized and sorted out the clinical medical records of Professor ZHANG Xiaosu’s treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection, and sorted out and summarized the clinical experience and characteristics of doctor Zhang’’s treatment of this disease.By sorting out the medical records of the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection by Professor ZHANG Xiaosu with "Qingdai Jiedu Decoction", and analyzing Professor ZHANG’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical high-risk HPV as well as its clinical features of syndrome differentiation, this paper summarized Professor ZHANG’s clinical thoughts, diagnosis and treatment features as well as the law of drug use in the treatment of this disease.Results:Aiming at the cervical high-risk HPV infection, Professor ZHANG Xiaosu explored the root of the disease, and believed that the disease was located in chongren cells palace, including liver and spleen, the disease was solid, the etiology and pathogenesis were damp-heat and pathogenic factor stasis cells palace, the treatment method was heat clearing and dampness, detoxification and dispersing blood stasis, and developed a prescription named "Qingdai Jiedu Decoction".Conclusion:Professor ZHANG has rich experience in treating cervical high-risk HPV infection and is able to effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer, providing theoretical guidance for the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection, which is conducive to the study of young doctors and worthy of promotion.
