逍遥蒌贝散合二仙汤内服联合外用中药离子导入治疗乳腺增生病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥蒌贝散合二仙汤内服联合外用中药离子导入对乳腺增生病治疗的临床疗效。方法:将收集的96例乳腺增生病患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。治疗组采用逍遥蒌贝散合二仙汤内服联合外用此方煎汤离子导入治疗;对照组口服消乳散结胶囊进行治疗。每组治疗周期为两个疗程,治疗结束后对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后肿块大小及疼痛评分。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后总有效率分别为91.7%和81.3%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肿块大小及疼痛评分比较均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05);比较两组治疗后肿块大小及疼痛评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥蒌贝散合二仙汤内服联合此方外用离子导入治疗乳腺增生病能够明显改善临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of using Xiaoyao Loubei Powder and Erxian Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: 96patients with mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 48cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao Loubei Powder and Erxian Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis. The controlled group was given Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule orally. After two courses of treatment in each group, the clinical efficacy and mass size and pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates after treatment in the treatment group and the controlled group were 91. 7% and 81.3%, respectively (P<0.05). The mass size and pain scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment (P<0.05). The difference of mass size and pain score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoyao Loubei Powder and Erxian Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis is used to treat hyperplasia of mammary glands can significantly improve clinical symptoms, improve clinical treatment effect and quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
