摘　　要：目的:观察补脑柔肝健脾方治疗多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:选取45例多发性抽动综合征患儿,治疗以补脑柔肝健脾方,以12天为1疗程,共计5个疗程,应用统计学方法,采用疗前疗后自身对照,治疗不同疗程效果对照,并观察患儿的临床疗效。结果:抽动秽语综合征患儿经治疗后60天的总有效率为93.34%,24、36天疗后抽动频数与疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),48、60天疗后抽动频数与疗前有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:程为平教授自拟补脑柔肝健脾方治疗小儿多发性抽动症,可有效减轻患儿症状,部分可治愈,值得在临床中推广。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of using Self-made Bunao Rougan Jianpi Recipe in the treatment of Tourette syndrome. Methods: 12days as a course of treatment,a total of 5courses of treatment for 45children with Tourette syndrome were treated with Self-made Bunao Rougan Jianpi Recipe. The clinical effect of children was reflected by recording the tic frequency referring to the Yale degree of tic,variance analysis,matching rank and test statistical methods. Results: The results showed that the total effective rate of after treatment for 60days was 93. 34%. The tic frequency after treatment for 24or 36days was prominent compared with pre-treatment ( P<0. 05). The tic frequency after treatment for 48or 60days was extremely prominent compared with pre-treatment ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: Professor CHENG Weiping's prescription of t Self-made Bunao Rougan Jianpi Recipe is worth promoting that can reduce the symptom of the child effectively,partial can cure.
