“钻木取火”法治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“钻木取火”法治疗周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:将符合条件的60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为观察组(钻木取火组)和对照组(普通针刺组),每组各30例,治疗2个疗程后,根据诊断标准和疗效评价标准观察患者的治疗效果,进行整理分析得出结果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%。治疗前后证候积分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于周围性面瘫的治疗,合谷穴“钻木取火”法配合常规针刺的治疗效果优于常规针刺,周围性面瘫的治疗,合谷穴“钻木取火”法配合常规针刺的治疗效果优于常规针刺,手法易于操作,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of applying“drill wood to make fire”method in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 60patients were randomly divided into peripheral facial paralysis in line with the conditions for observation group ( drill wood to make fire group) and controlled group ( conventional acupuncture group),30cases in each group,after 2courses of treatment,according to the diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria were observed in patients with treatment,were collected and analyzed the results. Results: The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 93. 3%,and the total effective rate of the controlled group was 80%. The difference of syndrome scores before and after treatment was statistically significant ( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: For the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,Hegu ( LI4)“drill wood to make fire”method combined with the conventional acupuncture treatment is better than conventional acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis,Hegu ( LI4)“drill wood to make fire”method combined with the conventional acupuncture treatment is better than conventional acupuncture manipulation,easy to operate,it is worthy of clinical application.
