中药导入治疗结合中医辨证施护对坐骨神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药导入治疗结合中医辨证施护对坐骨神经痛的临床干预效果和推广价值。方法:选取本院门诊2017年1月~2018年1月的156例坐骨神经痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照1组,对照2组和治疗组。对照组1组47例给予毫刃针结合一般护理;对照2组53例给予毫刃针结合辨证施护;治疗组56例采用中药导入治疗结合中医辨证施护。结果:综合对比三组疗效,治疗组的临床效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药导入治疗结合中医辨证施护可显著提升坐骨神经痛的临床治疗效果、减轻患者下肢疼痛及活动障碍、降低中期复发率,具备推广价值。Objective: To explore the clinical intervention effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine introduction therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing for sciatica. Methods: 156cases of sciatica patients from January 2017to January 2018in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as study objects,and randomly divided into controlled group 1,controlled group 2and treatment group. In the controlled group 1,47patients were given the general nursing combined with the milliblade needle. Fifty-three patients in the controlled group 2were treated with acupoint combined with syndrome differentiation. Fifty-six cases in the treatment group were treated with TCM intervention combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. Results: The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion: The introduction of TCM therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of sciatica,alleviate lower limb pain and activity disorder,and reduce the medium-term recurrence rate.
