独龙族民间医药概况及发展思考

摘　　要：独龙族是我国人口较少的少数民族之一,没有本民族文字。对独龙族的医药研究十分欠缺,传统应用经验都是通过口授、手传保留和巫师治病经验的方式世代相传,未形成系统理论。对独龙族传统用药经验、用药特色等医药知识的调查及整理研究尚不系统,通过现有相关文献资料记载对独龙族民间医药起源、传承者和发展情况进行概括分析,并对独龙族诊疗方法、病名、经验方、用药经验等医药知识研究提出了建议和思考,为独龙族医药知识进一步整理研究提供参考。Dulong nationality is one of the minority nationalities in our country and has no native language.Medicine related research of Dulong nationality is still lacking.Traditional applied experience is handed down from generation to generation through oral instruction,handed-down preservation and sorcerer's treatment experience,but no systematic theory has been formed.The investigation and collation of the traditional medication experience and ethnic medication characteristics of the Dulong nationality have not been study systematically.The origin,inheritors and development of folk medicine are summarized and analyzed through the existing relevant documents and records.Suggestions and reflections are put forward on the research of medical knowledge of diagnosis,treatment methods,disease names,empirical prescriptions and medication experience of Dulong nationality,to provide reference for Dulong medical knowledge research.
