摘 要:目的:建立拳参配方颗粒的质量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别拳参,测定浸出物,并采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸的含量。色谱柱为:Summit C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.05%磷酸甲醇溶液为流动相A,以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为272nm,柱温30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:薄层色谱分离度好,斑点清晰;没食子酸在0.023 6~0.354μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(R2=1),标准曲线为:Y=2 466,924 X-1.230,平均加样回收率为97.72%(RSD=1)。结论:所采用方法可行,重复性好,可用于拳参配方颗粒的质量控制。Objective:To establish the quality analysis method of Quanshen dispending granyles.Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Quanshen,the extraction were detected.HPLC was conducted to determine the content of gallic acid,The chromatographic column consisted of a summit C18cloumn with methanol phosphate solution(0.05%)as mobile phase A,with phosphoric acid(0.05%)as mobile phase B,flow rate at 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength at 272nm,column temperature at room temperature and sample volume at 10μL.Results:TLC showed clear spots and good resolution.gallic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0236~0.354μg(R2=1),thstandard curve is:Y=2466,924 X-1.230,the average recovery of was gallic acid was 97.52%(RSD=1).Conclusion:the method feasible and reproducible,It can be used for the quality control of Quanshen dispensing granules.
