岭南民间草药水田白生药学研究

摘　　要：目的:建立岭南民间草药水田白的质量标准评价方法。方法:采用性状鉴别、茎横切面及粉末显微鉴别的方法鉴别水田白;通过化学成分系统预实验法确定其化学成分类别;采用高效液相色谱法测定其芦丁和槲皮素的含量,流动相为甲醇和0.5%甲酸溶液;检测波长:350nm。结果:在茎横切面显微图中可见薄壁细胞、非腺毛、维管束等。在粉末显微图中可见梯形导管、棕色快、花粉粒等。化学成分系统预实验结果表明水田白中含有酚类、生物碱类、黄酮类等化学成分。HPLC测定水田白中芦丁和槲皮素含量的方法稳定性、精密度、重复性等均良好,芦丁和槲皮素的含量分别为0.051%和0.020%。结论:该研究为水田白药材资源的研究和使用奠定了基础。Objective:To establish a quality standard evaluation method for Mitrasacmepygmaea(Shuitianbai)of South of the Five Ridges folk Herbal Medicine.Methods:Shuitianbai was identified by character identification,stem cross section and powder microscopic identification.Its chemical constituents were determined by chemical composition system pre-experiment method.The contents of rutin and quercetin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC);the mobile phase was methanol and 0.5%formic acid solution;detection wavelength was 350nm.Results:Shuitianbai had obvious microscopic identification characteristics,thin-walled cells,non-glandular hairs and vascular bundles could be seen in the transverse section of stem.The trapezoidal vessel,fast browning and pollen grains can be seen in the powder micrograph.Pre-experimental results of chemical composition system showed that Shuitianbai contained phenols,alkaloids,flavonoids and other chemical components.The stability,precision,repeatability and recovery of rutin and quercetin were good.The content of rutin and quercetin in Shuitianbai were 0.051%and 0.020%respectively.Conclusion:This study lays a foundation for the research and utilization of Shuitianbai.
