摘　　要：带状疱疹多由情志不舒、湿热内蕴引起,后期逐渐发展为血虚肝旺、气血不畅、经络阻滞不通,导致病情缠绵难愈。文章介绍李应存教授应用敦煌医方“疗人风疮方”以清热利湿、解毒疗疮之法,治疗带状疱疹的经验。Herpes zoster is mainly composed of emotional discomfort,dampness and heat,and gradually develops into blood deficiency and hyperactivity of liver,Qi and blood obstruction,obstruction of meridians and collaterals,leading to lingering illness difficult to heal.This article introduces Professor Li Yingcun's experience in treating herpes zoster by using the Dunhuang prescription“Therapy of Wind Sore”to clear away heat and dampness and detoxify sores.
