中药贴敷热敏穴位治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:基于穴位敏化学说,以颈肩肌筋膜炎为研究对象,通过灸感法探查热敏态穴位,比较中药穴位贴敷热敏穴位与西医常规治疗颈肩筋膜炎的临床疗效差异。方法:采用随机对照试验设计,将60例合格患者采用随机数字表法分为中药穴位贴敷热敏穴位组、常规西医治疗组各30例,分别施以中药穴位贴敷、西医常规治疗。观察4周,疗效标准为《中药新药治疗软组织损伤的临床研究指导原则》中的症状分级量化表以及简化McGill量表。结果:试验组MPQ评分为(9.78±2.33),对照组为(12.41±2.22),两组比较t=4.48,P<0.05;软组织症状与体征积分比较,试验组(3.02±1.45),对照组(4.68±1.60),t=4.21,P<0.01。经治疗,试验组总有效率为86.67%;对照组总有效率为63.33%。结论:与常规西药比较,中药贴敷热敏穴位治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎有疗效优势,主要表现在压痛、肿胀和功能障碍改善等方面。Objective:based on the acupoints sensitive chemical said,neck and shoulder muscle fasciitis as the research object,through the sense of moxibustion method to probe thermal state points,compared with traditional Chinese medicine point attach thermal conventional western medicine treatment of neck and shoulder fasciitis clinical curative effects.Methods:a randomized controlled trial design,in 60cases of qualified subjects,using the random number table method,were randomly divided into Chinese medicine point attach thermal group,the conventional western medicine treatment group,respectively with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied,western medicine routine treatment.After 4weeks of observation,the therapeutic criteria were the quantitative scale of symptom grading and the simplified McGill scale in the guiding principles of clinical research on the treatment of soft tissue injury by Chinese medicine new drugs.Results:MPQ score of the test group was(9.78±2.33),and the control group was(12.41±2.22).Compared with the score of soft tissue symptoms and signs,the test group was(3.02±1.45),and the control group was(4.68±1.60),t=4.21,P<0.01Conslusion:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.Conclusion:compared with conventional western medicine,Chinese medicine has the advantage of curative effect in the treatment of cervical and shoulder myofascitis by applying heat sensitive acupoint,mainly in the aspects of pressure pain,swelling and dysfunction.
